Complete traceability on the food we serve
All our meat products are made in the butchers next door. We source 100% Scottish beef – grass fed from two farms renowned for the finest quality beef reared to the highest standard. We produce all our own dry cured bacon, sausages, cooked meats and all steaks which are also extra matured. With the unique bonus of having our own butchers we can guarantee complete traceability from farm to plate.
All our fish, the freshest possible, come from our good friend John Watson of C-Fayre in Largs. John sources the freshest and best fish from Glasgow markets. Our Haddock is filleted daily by John.
